EASY SET UP, EASY TO LEARN: The game is widely accessible to a range of gamers because of its quick set up and intuitive rules. Each card includes a graphic instruction that conveys how it is used, and the expansion is broken down into parts so that players can add and remove aspects to create the game style that works best for them.
STRATEGIC AND FAST-PACED: Each game takes 15-30 minutes to play. Every turn is a tense decision, as players must adjust to changing conditions in the forest and the plans of their opponents. Downtime is minimal, and players stay in the game even after their towers are destroyed, continuing to play as the Shadow of the Wood with unique powers and a new path to victory.
1 – 5 PLAYERS: The base game plays with 2-4 players and the expansion adds a solo and fifth player mode, as well as multiple variants for different player counts. Plus, this edition includes two additional mini expansions (Buckets & Gems and Megahawks) that offer even more ways to play.
