Lego’s highly anticipated collaboration Bluey launched this week at major retailers and the Lego Store. All five sets are already on backorder at the Lego Store, but they are in stock and ready to ship at Amazon. Prices range from $20 to $70 for the playsets in the launch lineup. Though Bluey is popular with older kids as well as adults, the Lego building kits are geared toward youngsters. Three of the playsets are in Lego’s four-and-up Preschooler series, while the other two contain the larger Duplo bricks for toddlers.
Much like with Lego Super Mario, Lego is designing a free mobile app to offer interactive instructions for the new playsets as well as the ability to build virtual creations within the app. The Lego Bluey app is expected to release for iOS and Android on August 14. The App Store listing states it is being designed for iPad but will work on iPhone and Mac.

The Duplo version of the Heeler family home is recommended for kids ages three and up. Since it is built with the larger Duplo bricks, the full set is only 83 pieces. The buildable home features opening windows, a table plus chairs, and a spinner that can be used for a memory and matching game. It also gets you figures for Bluey, Bingo, and Mum. Despite the low piece count, the home stands over 11 inches tall when complete.
